We do not warranty our hoops. Our product is inspected for quality before shipping. If there is shipping damage, we can provide links and steps for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage or delay by the shipping carrier and do not guarantee services from third parties.
*Stock quantities are estimates. Our tubing comes to us in 100ft coils, and we make the hoop when it is ordered. The system used to count quantities is a basic numerical count (1, 2, 3), and the coil is used for other products such as fire hoops. Though we do try to keep our inventory estimates as accurate as possible, manual updates require meticulous behavior from a shop run by a type B personality. Though rarely an issue, it is best to reach out in advance for larger orders.
**Color may vary depending on stock availability and lighting. UV reactive tubing will only glow under UV lighting. Some tubing may appear slightly different depending on indoor, outdoor, and artificial lighting.
