The Flow Prop Shop and affiliates are not responsible for any loss or injury due to use of our products. Individual items are listed with age-appropriate recommendations, but we do recommend adult supervision for any minors using our props to ensure safety and the best experience.

All prop usage, particularly fire props, falls under the principal of "implied risk" and should be treated accordingly. User assumes all risk and is responsible for injury or loss to themselves and/or others.

The Flow Prop Shop is a fairly low-asset company and is not worth getting into a lawsuit with. So don't do something stupid with our products and expect a major payout in court. You won't a dime.
