Shipping policy

The Flow Prop Shop is not responsible for the actions of third parties, i.e. shipping carriers. All products are inspected for quality prior to shipping, and all shipping labels are purchased with adequate shipping insurance.

Once your order has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for any delays, damages, or losses. We request that you contact the shipping carrier for any issues regarding such delays, lost, or damaged shipments. This helps us, as a small company, to continue the flow, and helps you with a faster turnaround time on the claim and claims processing. Please see the links below for details and forms.
